Wondering about the park's name? A pair of gantries, which are old-fashioned shipping lifts, hover over the park: a reminder of the area's industrial and commercial roots.
Peninsula Park is the newer (even grassier!) addition to Gantry. Walk north to get there, and enjoy a game of frisbee or a barbecue.
